I am trying to figure out when would the first day of my peroid be...

On Tuesday I got VERY little spotting. Barely there

Wednesday it was basically the same.

Today (Thursday) I got really bad cramps in the afternoon and now it's much heavier.

Would the first day be today or on Monday?

My Ob/Gyn told me as soon as there is a constant flow. ( ugh!)

Thank God I see I'm not the only one who goes through this every month. Before, it really made no difference to me. Now, because I'd like to conceive SOME day, but am desperately trying to avoid pregnancy BEFORE the wedding, it's a relief to see that someone else 'spots' before the full flow.

On my opk kit it says the first day of regular 'flow' not spotting is the first day.
