My cousin from Maryland wants to plan a beach wedding. I am trying to convice her to look on LI, because the alternative is her idea to marry in the Bahamas, and my aunt (bride's mom) does not fly. (long story). Anyway...can anyone recommend any beach wedding locations that are very reasonably priced and can do a small wedding (50-75 ppl)? TIA

I'm pretty sure she can rent Sands' Point and hire a caterer....that's probably her best bet

Miller beach surf club in miller place is great for small beach weddings and has excellent prices!

DH and I actually got married on the beach in Long Beach and then had a brunch reception for 80 people at Bridgeview Yacht Club. It was excellent!

I looked at the Miller Beach Surf Club...what a darling venue! And the prices were so reasonable I kinda wanted to cry! And it is simple, not overdone, not too plain!

Beckwith Pointe in New Rochelle can accomadate a small group and is reasonably priced.

Bridgeview Yacht Club, Captain Bill's Bayview House, Windows on the Lake. For the amount of people she is having it for maybe she could even consider a restaurant on the water?
