affordable hair/MU artist for ethnic hair/skin

I am looking for a hair/MU artist that is affordable for my BP. My BP is pretty diverse, so I want to make sure that whoever I chose has experience working with different hair textures and skin types.

The few I have emailed so far admit they dont have a lot of experience in this area, and I want my girls to look good and feel comfortable!!

Any recommendations?? (Affordable means less that $150 for hair and makeup)
