affordable no frills video

My fiance and I are looking for a videographer to film at least our ceremony (45 minutes) and possibly also some pre-ceremony footage and the beginning of the reception. Does anyone know of a videographer who is reputable out there and who can do a basic unedited video for under $1000?

I found this guy on nsgraham's budget page. www.thirdplanetvideo.com. I am having friends and family take many videos plus my parents video camera on a tripod right behind the alter and having them edited by this guy. He will do the taping for under 800 and include editing.
