Can anyone recommend a website or a store (preferrably in Manhattan) where I can get an affordable rhinestone headband .. I don't want to wear a tiara...TIA!!

Have you tried the Bridal building at 1385 Broadway maybe they have what you are looking for.

Barron's is a place in Tri-County Flee Market in Levittown. Very affordable and they have really nice things. I got my small tiar there.
