They have airport shuttles that they will rent out, they only hold 10 passengers- it's $75 per van, per trip. So roundtrip for one van, it's $150! Too bad I don't have just 10 guests hahaha! But for me, if I had to get three vans, it's only $540! That's really quite a steal!
I'm still going to call SaraRadio's recommendation, Syosset Limo...you never know! I think her quote is amazing for a 29 passenger bus...I think I'd rather have one nice bus to cart everyone, but I thought I'd let you know a pretty economical option.

I had the SAME dilemna... van vs. bus, and a quote for shuttle service with vans for under $500, but only one van at the beginning of the night and one van at the end. And only 14 passengers. I'd rather just have everyone wait in a big bus for everyone to be ready to go and take one trip comfortably than squeeze into a van and maybe have to wait almost an hour for the next shuttle van. Especially everyone dressed so nicely! Plus a bus has more of a party feel. But those are great prices!
I just don't understand why companies wouldn't continue those great prices into their buses where they wouldn't have to pay as many drivers and would only have to take one trip = less gas!

I just called Syosset...they're gonna call me back with a quote. I'm hoping I might get something a wee bit cheaper cuz the distance is pretty short...we'll see! I'll let ya know how it goes!

Heard from Syosset- Sarah I'm surprised my quote was just about the same as yours. I figured it might be slightly cheaper as its a shorter distance, but I guess they don't take that into account.

Yeah... the quote they gave me is the bare bones minimum. And it really is the cheapest out there for a bus. Believe me... I did my homework!!!
Really it's a matter of if you want to spend a couple of hundred more for having a bus than vans, and I decided it was worth it. I've always envisioned having a bus. I think it's so classy and comfy, and what's $200 more in the grand scheme of things?
