Does anyone have or know someone that has Aflac? We're having enrollment soon at work and I'm thinking of getting it for the short term disability for when FH and I try to conceive. My employer doesn't offer maternity so it might be a worthwhile investment.
Just wondering if any of you have info about this.

my friend has it at work. she got hurt and they paid her when she had to miss work.

Some of the girls at work have it. If you're going to do the diability/maternity, ask them how long it is before you can get pregnant or have a baby. I'm pretty sure you cannot have a baby with in 10 months of signing up. There's some kind of rule and the girls who have it are not in the office today so I can't ask. But I know that one of the girls that used it said it was a godsend.

That's good to hear. I'll have to find out the details. Unfortunately I'm going to miss the presentation on it at work but I'll have a coworker get me the info.
