Not going on one for my honeymoon but have been and was probably best trip in life! Have an awesome time and bring lots of film. If you have a telephoto lens that will come in handy too!

Africian Safari Honeymoon

We didn't really book with a tour group because my family has relatives in both Zimbabwe and South Africa. We went to Hwange National park in Zimbabwe and then to Victoria Falls and then we went to Kruger National Park in South Africa. Hwange was great because you go around in jeeps so you feel really out in the open. At Kruger, there is probably a larger variety of animals to see but you have to go in closed vans (or at least you used to, this could have changed by now). I would recommend looking into the tours done by Abercrombie and Kent (www.aandktours.com). Another web site to look at is www.12degrees.com Hope this helps a bit. Good luck! By the way, I just heard recently that of all the African countries, right now South Africa is the safest for tourists.
