i think she is planning on returning things that she may have bought for DIY projects and ended up having extra or never used.

SO DID I CLEAR THAT UP FOR THOSE THAT REALLY THOUGHT I WAS RETURNING USED STUFF? AS I SAID BEFORE...'IF I DID I KNOW I WOUNDNT BE THE FIRST'

I too have saved every receipt!!!!!!! I have ribbon and a ton of other stuff I will probably not use and plan on returning every sigle stitch of it!!! You will probably get hundreds back!!!!! I know you have a ton of stuff. Let us know how you made out!

and proper email etc etiquett is to not use CAPS when typing since this gives a sense of yelling, which by far is what i want to portray...

this was a good agree to disagree session

I agree...

And I also agree about the caps-- they're killing me over here!

It really looks like that from your OP- maybe you should edit and make it more clear.
