After ceremony bubbles/flower petals/etc..

Our wedding ceremony will be at our RH - do we still do the whole bubbles or flower petals thing as if we were having it at a church?

You can do anything that you want (and that your RH lets you do!). I am also getting married at my RH. I plan on doing something. I do not know what I am going to do yet but I know that I want to do something.

i was thinking of doing the paper cones with rose petals to throw as we leave the ceremony room at the rh...then maybe sparklers for the entrance into the reception, not sure about how to pull that one off tho

Check with your RH some may not let you throw things. Most will let you do bubbles though

We did bubbles after the ceremony as we were came into the cocktail hour from the bridal suite (we ran up, bustled my dress, then were introduced into cocktail hour). We were only allowed to do bubbles indoors where there was carpeting at our RH, so just ask your BM.

Double check the procedure. There might not be such a 'grand exit' as there is in a church though. But if you have time and they'll allow it, why not?

We had guests wave ribbon wands while we exited the church, maybe they can wave them while you walk back down the aisle? Or same thing with bubbles.
