the wedding i went to yestesday did a diffrent thing it was beautiful. instead of throwing rose petals or doing bubbles the groom ordered buterflies. they were kept in pretty wedding box. and he had the flower girls let them go when the bridal party were standing on the steps of the church.the groom had all the guest count to 3.then the girls let them loose. it was beautiful. and one landed on the brides flowers it was perfect. just a thought for some of you ladies who can't throw rose petals or looking for something diffrent to do.

a friend of mine did that when she got married. It was really pretty and different. My only suggestion to those thinking about it, is to stay away from the ones that come in little boxes. My friend had them and we were each given one to open, however most hadn't matured to the flying stage for whatever reason. If you can find one that maybe has all of them in a box that the flower girls or someone can open it might work. It is a beautiful idea though, I love it!

i also beleive that you have to have certain weather for the butterflies to fky.i beleive it hs t be 70 degrees and warmer and also it has to be sunny
