After Church Exit Help Needed?

Its actually for my SIL.

The church where she is married (where I got married) doesn't allow anything being thrown or bubbles. For our wedding I used ribbon wands and they went over really well. She doesn't want to do the same thing which I can understand.

Anyone have any creative ideas. No butterflies or pinwheels either. (even though I thought the pinwheels were soooo cute!)

p.s. she is getting married in October.

How about popout streamers ? They pop out and stay attached to the container for easy clean up.

Horns that can be blown when they exit (plus they are colorful)
