I don't want to do a big chain store for the tuxes - but with GM all over the place, we have to.
Anynoe have any rants or raves aboutt he customer service, tuxedos, tailors at either?

After hours is horrible. I had a bad experience with them. First they don't have a great selection in the stores, and second, they send out their alterations to a central place, and if they don't fit when youpick them up, there's no tailor on sight to help! SO, i'd say stay away from after hours! good luck!
We are taking our chances with the Mens Warehouse by Roosevelt Field. We have a grandfather and an usher in FL and a chain is the only way it can work out.

We had a good experience with Mens' Warehouse. We used them precisely because we had guys in different areas, including one out of state. They all looked great and had no problems with any of the tuxes.

i also had a horrible experience with them. i wouldnt even think of using after hours.... they are horrible

After Hours is the worst place. I think ***** gives better customer service than that place.

i also had a horrible experience with them. i wouldnt even think of using after hours.... they are horrible
i also had a bad experience with AFTER HRS. i agree and also the service is jsut lacking. they're SOOOO friggin lazy! so.. we went to their competitor - Men's Warehouse. they were very cordial, alert, and respectful. obviously i'm FOR MW.

It's amazing to me that places like After Hours and Davids Bridal stay in business with all the negative experiences people have...
