i stay at home w/ the kids during the day and i go to work at 9pm until 2am but fh works crazy hours so i dont epect him to help.but i dont want to do it

Thats funny, I am a neat freak...get it from my dad Mr. Clean and anything FH tried to clean or put away is wrong and has to be redone by me..so he just doesnt do it anymore..lol Si quess i will be a housewife!

I am a housewife now. I like to clean now just because I know how I want it to be cleaned and I want it done right...lol. But I have to say he does give me a hand every once and a while Especially when we are having people over the house... he wants to make sure everything is neat.

Well when we make dinner together or he makes it for me we clean up together but I usually do the cleaning up. I don't mind he always offers but I usually like to do it myself.

At first I did EVERYTHING but then I snapped. Now I must say my Fh is wonderful and helpful. I do all the cooking and he does the dishes. I clean the house but he does all the laundry including washing, drying, folding and putting it away. I wrote out specific instructions, what temp cycle and cleaners to add. We def have a partnership.

hes definatly helping with teh cleaning part but Im psychotic about that kind of stuff so i can see myself cleaning every single day and him on the weekends lol i dont midn though- he can do the dishes and cooking!! LOL

He will do the weekday cooking since mst likely ill have along commute.So then i will do the weekend cooking

I LOVE CLEANING! I would rather be a housewife and mom then trek to work everyday. Yes, I am very old-school when it comes down to it!!

I am already the housewife. I can't say I love it though. I get so excited when he takes the initiative to do something around the house. Even though that doesn't happen often, beggers can't be choosy.

I'm sure FH will help out, but I think I may prefer to clean when he's not around- working or something. I like to clean in peace But I'm sure he will help me out. As for laundry- I don't want help- I fear he will ruin my clothes!!!

We have a cleaning lady who comes every other week. So we only have to do a bit of cleanup on the off week and we do it together. Before I moved in with FH I had 2 male room mates and I did ALL the cleaning. They were great guys but such slobs!

We live together now and share the chores. Its nice because he does the dishes and ironing, two things which i do not enjoy. When we met with our priest a few weeks ago he said that the one thing that FH should do when we are married is clean the toilets because there is nothing pretty about your wife cleaning a toilet.
