OUR REALTOR FOUND US 'THE' HOUSE AND OUR BID WAS ACCEPTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We go into contract TOMORROW!!!!

the house is in port jeff -- a town we never ever even considered -- its kind of ironic cause I had a feeling we would wind up in a town we never looked at! But out of all the neighborhoods we've looked at, this house was in our top 3 (the other neighborhoods we just couldnt touch-unless we hit lotto)

That's great! Congrat's on the house. We will nearly be neighbors, we just bought a house in Rocky Point. I love the North Shore and Suffolk County. The village in Port Jeff is so nice, we love going there. Let us know how things are coming along.

WE ARE OFFICIALLY IN CONTRACT ALREADY!!!!

We close in December!! WOO-HOO! We are so excited that this house just 'fell in our lap' for lack of a better term...
