So I'm getting married at The Woodlands, I'm assuming we will be done by 12am. Is there any place around there we can continue to party it up? We were originally planning to go to a hotel afterwards to party it up, but we need to be at the airport by 4am. So it wouldn't make sense for the two of us to spend the night there.
Any ideas? Should we even have an after party? Or just end it at 12am and just have someone drive us home and rest a little and grab a cab to the airport at 4am? Or just head to the airport?
Oh after the reception is over - who cleans up and packs up all the wedding related items? Is it the bridal & grooms party responsibility? Or do they need to come back to next day to pick up the stuff? Confused...

Re: After Party?
After the wedding, you and whoever else is willing to help have to take all your stuff out of there. Wow! You are going to the airport at 4am? You are braver than me. We are getting married on Sunday, but aren't leaving for our honeymoon until Tuesday. I need that day to get my stuff in order.

Re: After Party?
This is next on my list of things to look into. FH and I are also getting married at The Woodlands. At one of the showcases we went to there we spoke to a representative from the Four Points (pretty sure he was from that hotel). Anyway, they have a bar there that you can pay for them to keep open until 4am. I believe the cost is $150 but I'm pretty sure that's only if you have guests staying there for the night.

Re: After Party?
I would rest before you go to the airport. You are going to be tired after.
If you have family tat you can designate to pick up your stuff it would be great or else..if you have a DOC the do that for you.

Re: After Party?
The party ends as 12... but there is always lag time...so figure at least an hour after your guests leave / clearing things, CPS, bridal suite, etc. If it were us, we would go straight to the airport.
