for those who are having an after party at their reception hall...how are you letting your guests know about it. Is this something that you put in the invites or is it just word of mouth? How will you know how many people are going to stick around after the reception?

we are not doing this but i have gotten an invite where they included a little extra insert and it said something like 'stick around to celebrate' or something or other. or maybe just use word of mouth??

this is a sill question, but if i include an insert in with the invites i don't do an rsvp for it right?

the insert we received didnt have an rsvp but there rly wasnt anything extra they had to acct for (meaning, there was no extra food/etc. just a continuation of the party) so ppl just were aware they cld hang out. a decent amt stayed (mostly the younger crowd)
