getting the BP out of the church and the receiving line set up??? The limo driver? Photographer?

Thats usually discussed at the rehearsal so everyone will do what they have to do automatically. If not, you can always put someone in charge of it like the MOH.

both. last wedding i was in the limo driver kind of directed us outside but then the photographer took over for poses/pictures

I'm not sure (I don't remember who told me to go where) but I know it happens - probably the photographer.

ok good...because we absolutely CANNOT have all those people standing in the vestabule of the church...no way...just us and our parents and maybe BM and MOH across from us..but the BP MUST get out of the way...

The Bridal Party stood on the other side and it was only us and our parents. they show you that at the Rehearsal.
The photographer will line you up outside the church.

We had wedding 'people' that deal with the rehearsal and the day of the wedding to make sure everything goes according to plan. That's what happened when my cousin got married.
They lined us up across from the bride and groom so we weren't in their way
