After the wedding...

Anyone going to try to get preggo right away? We are! Anytime I tell someone this they look at me like I'm crazy. We figure there's no point in waiting. Months and/or years are not going to make us any more ready and I have PCOS which could potentially cause fertility problems. I'd rather not wait until after I'm 30 only to find out my chances would have been better a few years ago.

And at the end of the day, I knew I wanted to have babies with my guy since the moment I met him. We've been living together for almost 3 years and I just can't wait to enter this next phase of our lives together

Not me! Although if it were only up to FH we would. We've been planning this wedding for 2.5 Years. After its over with I want to just relax, not have to worry about planning anything, enjoy married life and have $$ again! Lol I want to do some more traveling and hopefully go on one of our dream vacations for our one year anniversary. After that, we plan to start trying.

We're not going to right away. We'll wait a year or two, FH wants to enjoy being mr&mrs before were mom and dad. Were also going to start house hunting in the spring so we want to wait until we're settled.

that's so exciting!! We are definitely going to wait.. I want to wait about 3-4 years so that we can still travel and enjoy before kids come into the picture. I also want to establish my career a little more so that we both are making more money

We are planning on waiting like 6 months before we start trying but I'm trying to convince FH to wait a year. I would like to travel to a few places that would be better enjoyed child free but FH is older and doesn't want to be raising kids in his 60's which I understand. I guess we'll have to wait and see!

We are!! I'd like to start now, but we are going to wait to try at the honeymoon so I can drink at the wedding, lol. He's 41 and already has a child, I'm 32 and not getting any younger. I have ovary issues and fertility is most likely an issue as I've already had half of one ovary removed and an issue with my fallopian tube on the other side. I'm praying we have no problems :)

FH brought up this convo the other day. We knew we wanted to have lots of kids but I always thought that FH would be too scared/nervous to start right away. We don't live together so I wanted some time to relax and enjoy each other before the babies come. He said he wants to start trying on our honeymoon. I don't think I'm ready for it that soon. I wanted to wait atleast 6 months to a year. I know it might not happen within the first month, but I don't need people thinking I got preggo before the wedding

I'm gonna go off the pill in the new year. But I've been having scary dreams (not nightmares!)about getting pregnant before the wedding. It happened to my cousin and while she looked gorgeous, I would hate not being able to fit into this dress! AND I want to party at the wedding/on the honeymoon.

I have PCOS as well.. We are going to try right away because i'm 36 and I just honestly can't wait anymore. There are so many new things now they can do to make the PCOS not a factor..

We are right away. My FH wants me to be preggo our wedding night. Most likely we will try the begining of next year. I have PCOS also. At my lasy gyno visit I asked if I can get off of bc but he felt I should wait until I'm married. Once I say I do, I'm not using bc.

Same here! It's been my biggest fear the last 2.5 years! I definitely did/do not want to be a pregnant bride! I'm paying for open bar, I want to enjoy it! And i want to sip my fruuty frozen drinks in the HM! lol

We have a baby girl who will be around 1 at our wedding! Been together 4 years. It's a LOT of work but definately worth it. She's the best little thing ever. But ya sometimes things just happen so try not to stress or put too much thinking behind it and hopefully It'll all work out and you'll get to enjoy your time lol. I'm constantly busy now. Like I literally have time for nothing. But u get used to it.

And btw so weird apparently how common PCOS has become. I had polycystic ovaries but not all attributes of syndrome. Hard to pinpoint anyways but I had no trouble. So I wish u girls all luck as well!!
