Absolutely not!!! I love my dress WAAAAYYYY too much to destroy it like that! I'll be the bride that takes it out every once-in-awhile and wear it around the house for a little bit!

Re: After the wedding will you
OMG we were just talking about this tonite. weird
Apparently there is a rumor that brides these days are trashing their dresses. Reading your posts I would think that most of us will keep them and possibly use them for something else. Why would you want to trash your bridal gown?? Im definelty not maybe sell it but the basinett idea sounds nice

I never understood why people would want to trash something that they most likely spent alot of time , money and effort into picking out. But to each their own.

Re: After the wedding will you
Absolutely not!!! I'm way too sentimental, romantic, and nostalgic to trash my dress!! I've seen artsy pics of it done, and the pics are amazing, but I just couldn't bear to do that to mine!!!

Re: After the wedding will you
My friends and I are starting a tradition of wearing our dresses every Valentine's Day. It's the perfect solution. I heard of a woman who wore hers every anniversary. I love the basinette idea. Maybe I'll rethink my new tradition.
