Age of BM

I am thinking of including my cousin who will be turning 13 around the time of our wedding, in my bridal party.

Would she be too young to be a Bridesmaid at 13? Or should i just have her be a Junior Bridesmaid?

My sister will be 13 at the time of the wedding and I am considering her Junior Bridesmaid.

FH's nephew is in the bridal party, he will be 15 at the time, I am just considering him a groomsman since I do not have a bridesmaid around his age.

I have to do the same thing with FH's half-sister. She will be 13 at the time and I will be making her a Junior Bridesmaid and his 15 year old half brother a 'junior' usher...
I am just having them walk down the aisle before everyone and go sit right next to their parents.
