ah! i snooped!!!

i've been really really trying to make an effort to NOT registry stalk. i really want to be suprised at my shower. i even gave my mother our passwords so she can stalk for me. but this week i wanted to make some updates/changes myself and i totally just clicked on it absentmindedly and saw that someone bought us something already!!! i registered for some crazy expensive stuff i didnt think anyone would buy for us!
it makes me want to cry! i find it so overwhelming that people would want to buy us stuff for our future together. im going to be a mess at my shower. mark my words.
i had to share with someone - because i'm really not going to look anymore. thats it!

I swore I wouldn't snoop but I can't help it. I was floored when I saw 8 of our 12 place settings of our beautiful china was purchased...by FH's grandma, who wanted to give us an engagement gift that would be around long after she is gone...she's so sweet!

we registered over the summer and have been updating here and there. obviously now im going to leave all the updates with my mom!

we registered at bed bath and beyond and macys. i figured we'd get the most practical stuff there.

I snoop ALL THE TIME!!!

I love it.

A lot of stuff was bought the past 2 weeks, but I didn't get any of it for Christmas. I think our families were taking advantage of the good sales.

We registered right away (only at BB&B) because people kept asking us. We have been getting gifts ever since! Some for Christmas, but some just here and there as we see people. We aren't having an engagement party, which I think has something to do with it.

It's nice not only to get gifts but also because everyone is so excited about it. We both have a lot of Aunts and they get all worked up about buying china and bathroom ensembles! FH gets embarassed that people are giving us stuff, but he's getting used to the attention.
