The guy that we first dealt with at Capitale got fired. Now I know why - apparently we aren't being charged for a lot of things that we should be charged for...they were missing out on a lot of $$.
I just found out that we now have to deal with the engineers at Capitale for our 'lighting' and stage needs - now, we have to pay for the 'labor' involved in getting our DJ setup on the house sound system. Its complete BS.
I'm wondering if anybody here has dealt with something like this. There is no mention of any of this in our contract...so Capitale took off about $1500 worth of costs, but they are still charging us ridiculous labor costs for other things mentioned above.
What do I do??

DO NOT PAY THE EXTRA MONEY!!! You have a signed contract which you relied upon and entered into in good faith. They are bound to it, just as you are bound to it.
