AHHH Need Help...Please!

Ok so in an email conversation today with one of FH's relatives she goes on to tell me how she will be getting her 13 year old son a suit for our wedding and yada yada.

But the thing is we are not having kids...and I don't even know how to respond. I feel so bad, but FH and I decided in the beginning that 18 was the cut off age....so how to I broach it or respond...

Please help because I have no idea?

maybe fmil can address this for you, did the invitations say adult only??

I feel in this case. honesty is the best policy. Just state simply.. Im soooo sorry but we are having an adult only reception. I hope you're not insulted but the age limit will be 18 and over.

Can you put that on the invitations 'Adults Only'? I know I'm gonna be in your shoes and I have no idea how to handle it
