Ahhhh!!!!!

My neighbors are awful! They are setting off the loudest fireworks i've ever heard and my poor dog is about to have a friggin seizure! I'm so mad. It's friggin thursday night and this has been going on for an hour! Do people not have jobs?!!!!

My dog gets the same way we put on the TV loud so she won't hear the fireworks so much. Maybe that will help? People are so annoying

We tried that but it's so loud it seriously sounds like heavy explosives! I screamed 'W T F!!!' when the first one went off. Next time it happens i'm about to call the cops. This is just BS Sorry for the vent.

I'm so upset, I think my dog hurt his leg because he was pacing back and forth and jumping on things. Now he is limping!

I think that you should call so that they have your complaint on record.
Even if you call the cops, they do nothing! at least in the 5 boroughs....
FH lives in an apt bldg, and I stay here all the time, his neighbors that live below him are awful!!!!!! I really think they have no jobs, they are a young couple and are so mean!!!
I feel bad for FH because he wakes up for work at 5am every day.
They play the TV so loud that we started putting the ac on back in JANUARY! So, that we did not hear them. We called 311 three times, and each time nothing! We have to knock on their door in the middle of the night!! (by the way they never open to speak to us, they speak to us THRU the door!!!!) and tell them to lower it!
These are some of their responses:
'We can sleep thru it' or 'It has to be that loud so we can hear it over our air conditioner' 'Why dont you get earplugs' and my favorite is when the girlfriend responded thru the door 'Why are you harressing us'
Are you kidding me, us harressing you???? She has some nerve.
I can not wait til we find a house and get out of there!

In my parents neighborhood everyone is always setting off fireworks this time of year, they are so dangerous too. Three years ago I was at home and my parents were at a party three houses down. One of the Fireworks went crazy and almost hit my neighbors house, I could see it coming down, it was scary. Another time I was at a party and the thing backfired. The guy setting it off dived into the canal and thats the only reason he didn't get badly hurt. I have seem them shoot into crowds. I hate Fireworks when not done by professionals.
