ahhhh my blackberry ball!!! UPDATE: fh is the best
the thing around the ball has now fallen out and is lost, i could hardly move the ball if at all so i need a new one today!
where should i go. please help me and my blackberry

your local carriers store... a lot of people in the company go to the Verizon store and get their balls replaced all the time... sorry

oh no!!! I love the ball! That's almost the whole reason that I got a blackberry...

Those darn balls. I've had some issues with mine too. Doesn't always move. I think if you take it back to your carrier they might be able to fix it.

for some reason, i didnt think at & t would carry it...i guess because im so synical that i would think they would not sell it so you have to buy a whole new phone, okay, im gonna go now! ill let you know when i get a new ball!

at and t and verizon seems to not sell them. im going crazy! i cant lower the volume or get texts or anything...it keeps ringing LOUD at work. i cant call anyone if they're not on speed dial

Is your blackberry under warranty? My ball stopped lighting up and they just gave me a new blackberry.

i'm not sure i would say technical support at ur local provider. i just got the new curve (in purple!) from verizon and there is no ball! its like a touch pad and omg it is sooo much better than the ball..
