ahhhh seating arrangements!! UPDATE

Ok I need to vent and maybe its a bridezilla moment but.....i called FMIL to help with seating for fh's side of the family and she drops the bomb, after place cards are all written out and done mind u, that families should be separated with parents at one table and kids (who are NOT KIDS they are teenagers for gods sake!)should sit at another table a 'kids table' she called it actually....HELLO THERE ARE NO 'KIDS TABLES' AT MY WEDDING! ok i need to put all these lists and charts away before i start screaming and all of u girls can hear me from ur houses....is it march 31st yet???

ETA: it gets better ladies!!!!!! thats sarcasm by the way so she writes me an condescending email making me feel like im 5 saying that ppl go to an adult event and want to talk to other adults not sit with a bunch of kids and who wrote out the place cards bc maybe new ones need to be obtained and she'll write them out....UMMMM R YA GONNA PAY FOR EM TOOOOOO!...no that wasn't offered...im fumingggggggg right now and ps im standing my ground and thats that she didnt contribute a dime to this wedding and isnt it amazing how big her mouth is??

lol. I just had a fight with my FI. I want to kill him. He told me not to worry. I have the place card attch to the confetti (the candy) How can I calm down. IT NEEDS TO BE DONE.

HOnestly, I would tell her 'thanks for hte thought but the arrangements have already been made and I am not re-doing them' and leave it at that. I mean this isn't the most important thing on your list to do and you don't have time to re-do things!!! JMO

'Yes your idea is great - but Im going with MY idea for MY wedding' then they say something like yapyapyapblahblahblah and i just keep repeating it

My favorite was 'HEY I GUESS YOU SHOULD HAVE THOUGHT ABOUT THAT FOR YOUR WEDDING'

You HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME???? I 'm sorry but she is TOTALLY overstepping her boundaries. Who is she to dictate who sits where and what you should do for your wedding???? I would talk to FH and tell him to tell her to back off. That you will make the final decision on table arrangements and she can just chill!!


You should actually change the arrangements and put HER at the KID TABLE since she is ACTING LIKE ONE
