I want this puppy at North Shore Animal League adn Ive been sending him emails and pictures all the time about her.

Today I sent another one (naturally) haha .. he sends back 'I want to, how can we do it'

So I was like whatttt!! yay - are you serious - we can go get her tonight.

He said - no I meant literally, how can we possibly do this. How can we get another puppy ..

I would really talk this over, i mean isn't this the reason we moved out of our parents house? Not being told you can't do something you want?

I had to beg and cry to FH to let me get a pet, and I felt I shouldn't have had to.

His thing is we already have a dog .. we live in a condo and its pretty big but he still thinks it'll be too much work. Im like - well just quit your job so you can train the puppy and let's have a baby too!

He says it wouldn't be right because we're never home (which I do agree with, but my work hours are soon changing). And because we don't have a fence in our yard. We have a HUGE yard, but no fence, so we wouldn't be able to let the dog run free.

Oh and we also already have an iguana and two bearded dragons

we're getting a puppy right after wedding ... at first i was the one saying no, but then dave brought me to the pet shop...and i fell in love w/a puggie

Its a 'if you can tell me how it would work with getting a puppy when youre out with clients all the time and I work late hours then I'll consider it ... '
