How do I stop these telemarketers from calling here?????????

anytime they call, demand to be added to their 'Do Not Call' list. By law they can't call anymore. I think they're a website you can sign up too.

once you tell them once that they have to stop calling u, they can call u once more & then the company can be SUED!!!!!!!! it's illegal to call u once you have requested they stop!!!

we got one of those telezapper things that sends a signal to computerized dialers stating that the line is disconnected. It has REALLY helped cut down the calls. We hardly get them anymore.

I fot FI Telezapper for Christmas. I think it really worked also, but there is an annoying beep everytime you pick up the phone..

This really works! They hardly call us anymore now that we are on the list and if they do they can be fined by the state!

you have to do what i do, when they ask how are you simply start telling them well i am so glad you asked because no one seems to ask me that anymore, i think it has something to do with that contagious phone virus I have. You see I get these really bad headaches and then I just start yelling. Maybe its territs that I have, you know I just dont know. Then I went to my doctor and he sent me to a psychologist, why do you think he sent me there. do you think it has anything to the voices I hear?

they usually just hang up

Bad news. Those do not call lists do not always work. I very briefly was a telemarketer (please don't throw things at me!). It was when I was in college and I lasted maybe a month. Hated the job. Our supervisor just took a phone book ripped out some pages and handed them out to us. Unless you have an unlisted number, you'll still get calls.

I also use to be a telemarketer when I was in college and I know that when you tell people to take you off the list, they'll stop calling you for a couple of months but then another list is issued and you're on that list. I actually started giving out my old cell phone number when I fill out forms. I'm hoping this will prevent me from being added to certain lists.
