I just tried to dye my hair 'dark blonde' for my epics tomorrow and it came out brown..i dont look good in brown..what do i do!!! go back and get more????????????????????

im medium blonde but it lookeed brassy so i wanted it a tad darker and i dunno what to do....my skin is too light for brown

well the only way to lighten it now is with porixide, no? I would say if you don't HATE it, to leave it, I would not do two dye jobs in one night, it may be a recipe for disaster. Do you have a digital? Post a pic! I am sure it is not bad, what does FH think? Is anyone there to get an opinion?

Did you have it done or do it yourself? I have done this to myself before and called the hairdresser crying. He told me to wash my hair with dishwashing soap a few times. I saw a slight difference, but nothing close to what it was before. Give it a try. Since you went darker it is going to be hard to make it light again without turning it a reddish shade. What time are your pics? Maybe you can go for an emergency fix up in the AM?

heres my ugly hair with my bloodshot eye..i found out today i have episcleritis is my eye from the eye dr i work for and u can see how red it is...im a mess for my pics!!!!
It'll most probably lighten up in a few days.... can you re schedule your pics?

I don't think the color looks bad at all!!! But if you hate it, why not reschedule your pics? I don't think you need to, but if you don't like how you look, it will probably show in your expression.

what the heck is episcleritis!.. I don't think your hair looks terrible, but this is what I would do...I would cancel, not because your hair but because of the eye thing. They take some close up shots and you will probably want a big blow up of one at your wedding, and you don't want to hate them because of your eye thingy. ..... now I feel bad, but that is what eye (ha ha) would do...

Dont touch peroxide!!!!! Especially after dying it-you are better off going to the drug store and buying another hair kit...just be careful what you choose otherwise it will come out red. Pick something that is not 'ash' or 'golden' you want flat color period. Trust me, Ive died my hair 3x in one nigth...it will not turn green nor will it all fall out.
Also buy a color corrector...its in a grey bottle with a pink cap on it (not sure the name) it will tone down that 'brassy' look and give you more of the color you were looking for to begin with

ETA: you can always buy a highlighting kit and highlight it...this is the best/easiest way to lighten without getting red results
