So true!!!! I went to Smith (all women's college full of strong, independent women - or so we claimed) and yet whenever a bug got loose in the dorm everyone called me, particularly for flying stingy things. FH is uesless with bugs, thank god for the dog & cat who flush the little buggers out and then the vacuum clear to **** them up...mwahahahahahahaha!

they are!!!! don't even get me started about the spider crickets... i'm not sure if thats their 'official' name but theyre a definite cross between spiders and crickets. they are the nastiest things ive ever seen in my life! i dont know where they come from but right before it gets cold outside, those suckers are always by my front door trying to get in. i throw shoes and bleach at them! lol

SERIOUSLY - i used to put glasses over them in my apartment and wait for FH to come visit - keep in mind we only see eachother on weekends LOL so that little effer would sit there in a glass till then lol
hahah i do the same- I once put a Chinese food soup container over a bug and put a cantoplo (fruit, totally spelled wrong) on top of the container just in case he was able to move it- my dad came home and Michelle, are you serious? --

I did- who knew the strength that lil Focker had- and he sat there all day until like 9pm from 8 am until he came home-ha- or I would use hairspray them and I would use soo much u would have to scrap it off the floor- but now FH is more scared of bugs them I am- so I have to kill them which is hard at times :(

I'm glad someone else was smart enough to think of the vacuum approach. It's what I do!
Funny story: FH & I got back from Miami (15 hours in the airport...I'll be happy if I never see it again) and our luggage spent said 15 hours on the tarmac. We got home and long story short had a stowaway in the form of an american cockroach (for those of you who don't know those suckers are about 3-4 inches long....NAAAAAAAAAASTY). FH was standing on the couch like a little girl pointing out where it ran to while I was on the floor trying to vacuum it up. Pansy!
OMg jajaja.... I would have been Screaming on the couch!!! 'MI AMOR MATELAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!! AGARRELAAAAAA!!!' (baby kill it, get it!)

Ok... I lost the effer for a while - he actually flew off the wall and ran across the room screaming bloody murder!
But FH came home, looked around and couldn't find him so I sat there and watched my cat for reaction and then he finally spotted him in the light in the dinig room and FH got it and killed it... HUGE BEETLE!
Thank god for boys!
Opps.... i did not finish reading ..... Good thing he killed it!!!! OMG... Poor Baby... U were so scared!!!
