Airbrush or no airbrush?

Airbrush or no airbrush?

I'm sure this has been asked before so I'm sorry if I'm repeating a question but I don't know if I should do airbrush or not... For my trial she just did regular and she was saying how for the real day she could do airbrush and it would be fine and stay on and not get anywhere... Is this really worth it? Won't it get hot and melt? Or will the regular makeup just stay on fine? Thanks!

I used regular make-up on my wedding day and today for my TTD shoot. On my wedding day it was 80 degrees and humid and today it was 90 and I jumped in the ocean. Anyway, the point is, it still looked great. I asked my MUA today what she preferred and she said traditional. It looks more natural than airbrushing, not that airbrushing isn't beautiful, too!

I prefer airbrush, idk if its just me but when I sweat my makeuuo goes all over the place also I find I'm less oily when I do airbrush plus it stays on allllll dayyyyy

I prefer airbrush ... I did a trial with airbrush and one without and although the look isn't much different, the airbrush stayed on so much better!

I don't wear makeup on an everyday basis. I tried the airbrush and it felt really heavy on me AND I looked more made up than I wanted to be.
For me, regular makeup is the way to go because I want a less made up look (except for my eyes - I want them pretty dramatic).

airbrush - it stays on ALL day and it doesn't smudge!

I had a trial with both and I definitely felt more comfortable with traditional. I don't wear much makeup on my face so the airbrushing was just a little too heavy for me but it looked beautiful in photographs!

I did airbrush. It was almost 100% humidity on my wedding day, and it didn't smudge once.

if the makeup artist is good, either will be fine..it's more a personal preference. i haed the airbrush on me...i thought it looked cakey and werid...i love the way Oksana did my makeup..PERFECT and doesnt use airbrush.

Try them both and see what you like

I am going with airbrush. I know a lot of girls say it looks and feels heavy but I had just the opposite reaction to it. It felt so light!

Same here. I felt like I didn't have any makeup on.

I personally prefer traditional over AB. I had trials done both ways & traditional for me all the way. Some people rave about AB tho so I guess it's a personal preference

I'm going for a trial with Sandra Baldini and she said b/c I'm November and I told her I don't normally wear a lot of makeup anyway, that I should do regular, not airbrush.
