Re: Airbrushing???
Depending on how much it is - I'm almost tempted to try both and take note both times what the make-up looks like 2-3 hrs later, which is when the wedding would hypothetically begin and it would be primetime for the professional pictures...

Re: Airbrushing???
Yea i'm soooo afraid of that oily shiny look. THats why i want to try airbrushing b/c ive heard its longer lasting but not sure. I did my own makeup and it lasted for about 8 hrs or more dont remember but it got shiny towards the end of the day.
Can that happen with the airbrushing as well??

Re: Airbrushing???
I actually had it done by Maureen Pedala for my sister-in-laws wedding and loved it! It lasted from 7 in the morning until 1 am the following morning. She's a bit pricey but I am considering using her for my wedding as well.

Re: Airbrushing???
I suggest getting a trial for airbrushing done well before your wedding day...i was totally convinced to use airbrushing, but when I went for my trial (I did my trial w/ a reputable LIW vendor), I ended up breaking out like crazy several hours after it was applied- the makeup artist said it may just be too heavy for my skin....good thing I did a trial !

Re: Airbrushing???
I had two separate trials, one of each. I dont' usually wear makeup so after getting the traditional makeup done I was not happy. I thought i looked like i was going out on stage with caked on make up. The airbrushing was wonderful. It looked natural. I didn't look like it was overdone. I am using Elena from Bridal Touch. She only airbrushes the foundation. Everything else in manual. But I loved it. Yes, it's pricey but I really want to look good for the pics.

Re: Airbrushing???
I used Karen Abitol for my wedding and we did the airbrushing, its very soft and light~depending on your skin type depends on how you react to it.
I really like the way mine came out and it stayed all night and even into the morning~I was toooo lazy to wash my face at the end of the night.
You can see pics in my review

I used Kacey from Khouloud's Beauty for airbrushing. I highly recommend it. It was super light and didn't need retouching. Great stuff.

Re: Airbrushing???
I did airbrush and used Janine Maloney--she was great, and it held up wonderfully!! Also pretty reasonable, compared to a lot of other LIW vendors!

Re: Airbrushing???
I absolutely LOVED airbrush. I used Jen Maugeri. She was fantastic. I wanted a very matte finish, and that's exactly what I got. (Pics in album)
