Aside from the arrangements at the altar, our florist is decorating every 3rd inner aisle with bows, baby's breath & italian ruskus. I'm sure that should be enough, but I think that I might want to add hanging tulle connecting the bows. However, if we do that, then that means that guests would have to enter & exit from the outer aisles. Do you think that this is ok? And aren't guests supposed to follow the B&G as they pass them?
What do you think? and what are you doing for your ceremony decorations?

I would love to hear what people say b/c I have been wondering the same thing!!! I like the way the tulle looks but then the guests can only get out from one side

I was thinking about doing the same thing, but I am undecided. I like the way it looks. I will have to talk to my florist and see what she says.

I liked that idea b/c I don't want anyone walking down the aisle except parents and bridal party.

I like the idea as well, but my concern is if the tule is attached like a train (row by row), then how would your parents enter when seated? Wouldn't it be closed off?

I guess the tulle will start where the guests can sit.... so they can know that the 1st two rows are reserved?

Re: Aisle decoration at church...
My florist suggested that I didn't do that because of the reason you stated people can't get in and out. If you don't want people walking down the main aisle till after, well that is why your ushers would direct them to walk to the outer aisles. Not to mention how would they get up to get communion for those having communion. JMHO...I won't be doing it.

WOW! You girls think of everything! I was going to do this and I didn't even think about that. Needless to say, I won't be connecting it anymore. Thanks!
