Aisle decoration question (with pictures)

I didnt order pew bows from my florist because I'm never super impressed with how they look so I'm planning on making my own. I really like two different ones I saw (but I plan on DIY-ing them). I have a bunch of questions for you girls though.

1. My church pews are pointy at the top, do you think a ribbon slipped over it would look okay?

2. I really love pomanders but do you think they'd 'fall' correctly or be sloppy looking and off to the side?

3. If I did the pomander, do you think I should just cut it so that its only a half ball so it wont roll and look sloppy?

4. If I did the heart, would it be acceptable to do it in fall colors or do you think hearts only match pink?

I dont know why I'm stressing over this now, but I am.

the hearts in fall colors would look absolutely beautiful. would you consider throwing some pine cones in there?

If they are pointy aisle tops I would use the ribbon around them. If they were square I would say regular...

And angela, if you need help...I will viisit the church with you during a gtg and will help you figure it out!

I love the heart can you just slip it over the top maybe make the ribbon short so it sits just right?

Did I hear daisies?
I say either or would look great with fall colors....whatever you want as long as they fit on the pews. Too bad you couldnt use the fall garlands and drap them on the outside of the pwes and then no one can walk down the inner isle.

Well actually I'm planning on not letting anyone walk down the center aisle because I want my aisle runner down from the beginning so that might be an idea. I just hate the sound of the tape ripping and the limo guy shuffling to get the runner down quickly before the bride comes down the aisle!

So then maybe that would be a good idea.... AC Moore has some nice stuff at the end of summer. I got some stuff just incase we need something at the RH for the gazebo this year.
