Aisle Runner Over Carpet???
Hello Girls,
I'm getting married in the chapel ay my RH (The Fountainhead) and the room is carpeted.
I would like an aisle runner but I'm afraid of it being weird on the carpet. I think it will get squished and wrinkled from the BP walkind down. I imagine the girls' heels especially making little points in the fabric.
Does anyone have any experience with this?
I am considering JUST rose petals, but to have enough would probably cost a fortune, no? Then I was thinking fake ones- but would that look weird/ be a diff color than the real flowers?
The other thought I had was some sort of thicker type runner, almost like a rug or those vinyl things that office buildings put in the hallway when it rains (but less tacky? haha).
I don't know- help would be appreciated.
