FH and I are not having RB or a FG. So who lays down the Aisle Runner? Should I just have it placed before the wedding and have the guest enter down the side rows? Oh this is to much

i've seen groomsmen laying down the aisle runner right before the bride walks down if that helps.

I got married at our RH, 2 guys from their staff laid it down before the processional.
