Okay so I'm about to order my aisle runner...my colors are purple, fuschia, and mauve. I was thinking of getting the runner itself in Plum (as in the swatch shown), getting our names in Lilac and our Last name initial in Silver Or getting the aisle runner in Lilac, our names in purple the last initial in plum ? Which do you prefer/do you have another suggestion?
The 1st pic is the colors I'm referring to and the second is the design I want. (notice the last initial is different from the names and fabric in this one too)
well im not great with these things but....im a little more on the traditional side so i would say getting the aisle runner in white and using ur wedding colors for the letters.

Re: Aisle Runner Question
I like the second option. I think the names will stand out more if the background is lighter. It will look great when it is done! I want to see pics. Do you mind if I ask where you are getting yours from? I want a custom one too. I might do a DIY-project if I feel brave.

I actually decided against the white because we are decorating the pews in fabric that goes with the colors...so the white will seem out of place...but thanks though

but in that case the lilac is the lightest out the colors I'm leaning towards....I think I'm getting mine from the originial runner company.

okay so then i would suggest the lilac color for the runner and the darker colors for the initials.

Either the lilac runner with purple letting or the fuscia runner with purple lettering.

Re: Aisle Runner Question
You can then have purple rose petals strewn on the sides of the runner and it will definitely pop in pics!!!!!
If your gonna go bold, go all the way!!!!!!!!!!!!!
