Aisle Runner.. STILL NOT HERE 2DAYS To GO!! UPDATED Monday

I ordered my Aisle runner from MadebyE back in JUNE! And I periodically kept emailing her just to keep updated... Well October arrived, and I emailed her numerous times, then I got an auto-response stating that she is no longer taking orders for runners and that she is just finishing what she has...

So I sent her another email to make sure mine was getting done since I paid the deposit already. On Oct 19 she still had yet to start it, but told me I would have it with plenty of time before the wedding.... WELL.... here we are 5 days before the wedding, I have emailed her everyday since Monday, and still NO response

UPDATE::: I just got home from running around all day to find and email from MadebyE... She's sending it tomorrow overnight mail so I'll have it wednesday.. Talk about cutting it close!!!! But I'm also happy!!! This is what it will look like!!!

Why do people not honor their commitments-or even take forever to do so? I'm sorry you're going through this 5 days before your wedding-that is bull$*&t! I will for your aisle runner to come on time.

can you buy one in michaels and hold it as a back up? best case scenario...you don't use it, because u get the one you want..all u have to do is return it.....

I was going to do mine but afraid I would mess it up, but if I have to work on someone else's I would be so anal about it, there would be no way I could mess it up!!!

I'm so sorry Gina. MadebyE absolutely should give you a refund and a partial refund if the runner shows up just for the aggravation.

I know it really is irritating to have a vendor not some through but when you see Dave at the end of that aisle it won't matter

sorry to here that. I decided not to use them because she never returned my emails and I always got an auto response too.. I am sure it will work out for you!

I'm so sorry about this! After the wedding, DEFINITELY contact her to get your deposit back. It's not right.
