Aisle Runners

i have a question, i see many of you making custom aisle runners, and they are all very nice, but what are you going to do with it afterwards?
are just going to put it away as a momento,
i'm not doing it i'd rather put the money elsewhere but i was curious what prompted some of you to do this

I'm framing part of mine (the part with our names and wedding date)...

and making the quote part into a quilt, which will be a nice family heirloom!

Plus, it's also a really special conversation piece at the ceremony... something that not a lot of people have seen before, including myself. i never wanted one until I saw one that another bride had on here. As soon as I saw hers, I started tearing up and knew I wanted that special touch at my wedding. I can't wait to see my aisle on my wedding day!
