Anyone know which is considered good -- that looks like fabric yet doesn't cost as much?
I don't want a plasticy look - does vinyl look like plastic or material?

Vinyl is shiny but thicker than plastic- I think it looks like plastic- the companies that hand paint them use muslin

Just be careful with plastic runners, I have heard stories of brides or the bridal party getty their heels stuck in the plastic and it ripping... Not only ripping, but falling...
