So i heard great things about AJ Ingoglia for wedding videos, so i E-mailed him....this was his response:

That's better of a response then I got. I e-mailed him, he got back to me asking when my wedding was and then never responded back with prices. I was a little disappointed.

Wow, thats crazy. I literally got that response less than an hour after i sent the email....strange!!!!

i'm using him and he's been really great to work with and super responsive. he did mention that he wasn't booking anything for 2013 because he's trying to move to LA so not surprised that he sent that.
there are a few others that are a little more cinematic - try chris lobello or kiss the bride. they were similar in style to AJ.

So far i have an apt with fade to black and thomas paul, i'm waiting to make an apt with duet (my schedule stinks)....i like the fact that those three do photo AND video.....i really wanna try to find combo packages like them.

I'm booked with AJ and I couldn't be more happy. It took him a liitle while to get back to me on my initial email but we have to remember he's a one man show which is one of the things I love about him and to me he was absolutely worth the wait!!! I know I'm getting him and only him and he is the one doing our edits, etc. not soneone else he gas working for him. I feel 100% about working with him and feel that his work is out of this world. He did also mention to me he's thinking of heading to work in LA at the end of 2012 so he's not booking any 2013 brides. I agree with Melissa check out Chris Lobello he has some great work and I've heard great things about GT Modern Creations as well.

I LOVE HIS WORK! My sister booked him and I am so upset he will be gone for my wedding! I can't even look at another videographer.

Try J Castillo Films we used him and he was amazing! He seems to have a similar style to AJ. JayR worked with two assistants for our wedding and they were friendly and very professional. We loved our recap video! Waiting for the full length video and can't wait to see it.
I was in a panic looking for my videographer & emailed him we sent a few emails back & forth I was waiting to set up an appointment & almost a week went by & I booked with someone else. I was so upset but I am very happy with who I choose... Try Couped Up Productions!!

Its unfortunate that some girls had bad communication with AJ...I have to say I did not have any problems at all.
and I kinda figured he would be moving on from LI in a few years...his work is spectacular and he can only get bigger and better from this point.

Exactly this. In fact, from the day that I contacted AJ I never had one issue with communication. He was also extremely accomodating as far as setting up meetings with me. Regardless, his work is phenomenal and I am beyond thrilled that I was able to book with him!

AJ recommended me to J Castillo Films - www.JCastilloFilms.com. They also respond fast and will not have a problem communicating with them.
They have similar style as AJ. Check out their website. They have an AMAZING recap. I believe you will get your 3 min recap 3 to 4 weeks after your wedding.
