Alerations question

So I purchased my dress from Davids Bridal. Two of my girlfriends who are getting married ordered their bras from there as well and said it was the best thing ever. It one of those longer styles that is supposed to go over your slip. I am finding the this bra is adding too much around my stomach. I have a mermaid style dress so it's already tight.

I am thinking about adding cups instead. I am a size B so it wouldn't necessarily be for support more to fill the dress out and enhance my shape.

Does anyone know if DB can add cup within their alterations department?

They should definitely be able to do it...I think it's pretty simple. I'm in the same situation...mermaid dress but anything under it makes the dress not zip and I don't want it taken out just to fit the underwear. So I'm having my seamstress sew in cups (small too...really just adding for the cleavage effect ) It shouldn't even cost that much either.

Even if DB doesn't do it and you still want to get the rest of your alterations done there, you can probably take it somewhere else after they're done and get them sewn in easily. Good luck.

Yes! You can totally add a B cup to a wedding dress at Davids. They can do that up to size C.

The long line bra didn't work for me! It actually pushed all my fats upwards..so I ended up with HUGE boobs and armpit fat. Really gross. So, I just went without a bra and it worked out great!
