Alexa Rea Limos in seaford Good? BAd?

HORRIBLE.

Don't waste your time with them. They have changed their name from Alladin to Alexa Rae and they have been on the news. They have a ton of complaints.

Some of their cars are banged up too. I live 3 blocks from them and I pass it everyday.

I spoke with the manager on the phone and he was so pushy and wanted me to book with him over the phone - even when I pre-empted the conversation with 'I'm pricing out transportation,etc'

He was demeaning and arrogant and I wouldn't even think of giving him an ounce of my business.

Just a note about Alexa Rea~ we too booked our limos through them. We have a big bridal party and needed the big party bus. We gave him a $300 deposit for our 2/22/03 wedding. My parents called them for a party bus to NYC when they were going on a cruise this summer with five other couples.
The day before my Mom and Dad were leaving Steve, the owner called and told my Mom they had misquoted the price and it would be $200 more and they would only make one stop. (He had originally planned on making two stops. My Mom was very annoyed and said that is ridiculous. Long story short he screamed and yelled and my Mom over the phone (even though he knew we had also booked our wedding through them...a 14 pass. limo and a 25 pass. party bus total $1800.)
That is just such poor business practices and goes to show you what a horribble business owner Steve is.
My FI said there was no way we were using them (just out of principal for the way he speaks to customers. ) We went to All Star Limo in Farmingdale got the exact same Bus and Limo and even though we are losing our $300 deposit from Alexa Rea we are still saving $400 bucks!!!!!!!!! So we were getting ripped off to begin.
NEVER USE ALEXA REA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Also All Star only requires $50 deposit and they have 63 limos and buses to choose from.
