Alexandra Bridal in Forest Hills

Macy's quoted me 180 for my BM dress... Alexandra's just quoted me $140.

Are they the place in Queens that everyone says is good? Should I go there? Anyone now how the alterations are? I'd love to get my dresses ordered ASAP but I was trying to find a good deal. Thanks!

I like them a lot. The only reason I didn't order from them was my dress got discontinued. They don't do alterations on site (I believe), but they use a shop down the street. HUGE selection of BM dresses, and a really nice staff.

I was going to go there, but then I told the place where I bought my dresses how much it was there, and they matched the price. It was a big difference in price too. Plus i felt better because Alexandrias doesn't do alterations, so now I can get them all done in the same place. I was a little nervous about them too, because they didn't have all good reviews, but I was going to go there if no one matched the price. so, I would see if someplace would match it...

that's where we got the girl's dresses and I have gotten a BM dress from there before. They really do have the best prices but no alterations dept. I had my dress altered at my dry cleaner's near my house and it was fine.

I'm ordering from them!!! They gave me a phenomenal price on BM dresses. I checked the reviews on this place and it's pretty positive. However, they don't do alternations there. But they do recommend someone on the same block.
They are located on Austin Street. Just an FYI, they close early on Friday and are closed on Sat..

i found their prices to be the same as other bridal stores (like lilettes)
But i found their customer service HORRIBLE
the male (who from what i hear is the owner) is rude and not helpful - so i went elsewhere

ITA. They have a nice selection of dresses and the staff is ok. I ended up not ordering from here because my friend gave me great discount of some BM dresses but i liked Alexandrias!
