Do you know if Villa really needs the liability insurance from our vendors 2 months in advance? If so I need to get on that ASAP!

I called Villa and I spoke to Tricia about the liablity insurance. She said that ideally getting it 2 months before would be great. But realistically most vendors fax it over 2 weeks before. She said make sure that they name Villa Lombardi's as the certificate holder and that they put your name and wedding date in the description area.

hey - i rem they told me that they do need it ahead of time. Im using all vendors who are on their list so I dont have to get it for them. This goes for if I am keeping Villa Lombardi's or switching to Lombardis on the Bay.

Yeah, I think I asked them this last month. I would remind all non-house vendors of this, and even follow up if some are house vendors. They told me all my vendors had worked there before, so I should be ok, but I still want to double check and follow up so it's up to them to supply it in a timely fashion.
