Actually, I meant you're brave for being a newbie poster on this topic!! But I guess dealing with Dr.s could involve bravery too!! I'm a retired nurse, so I've met a few Drs. that were scary. Are doctors mean to you, in your profession? Mary MOB

You need a 4 year degree and sales experience. I've been doing it for 4 and 1/2 years now.

Hello, again, Anne!! How long has John been a Dr.? You'll have to let us know how your teaching is going!! I actually wished I had been a teacher, instead of a nurse!! Too late now, for various reasons! Mary MOB

I was in upper westchester when I first started, then was in brooklyn (best place to work as a rep the access is the best!!!!!) for about a year and then started in long island -I had the Huntington territory which I absolutely hated!!! No access into any offices it was terrible! How about you?

Is your degree in business? Is your territiory strictly New York, or do you ever come to Pa.? We're from the Lancaster area. Mary MOB

Re: All '08 Bride Newbies!!!!!!
My territory is from Northport to Greenport on the north shore. I've heard the Huntington area is horrible!!!! Smithtown area stinks too!! Mary- PA has their own reps that work that area, the only time I go out of state is for a meeting. I had off since before Christmas and am not looking forward to going back to work tomorrow!!

Laurie and Anne, I'm really curious, as to why certain areas aren't good ones for selling. I know nothing about it. Could you enlighten me? Thanks! Mary MOB

Hi Michelle!!! Do you mean a school psychologist, or a Guidance Counselor? Debi has a BS in Human Dev. and Family Studies right now, but wants to go back for her Masters in Guidance Counseling. She did her college internship in the Guidance Dept. of a local HS. Mary MOB
