All BRIDES PLEASE READ...... HAIR ......

Just wanted to get the word out that anyone getting there hair done for thier special day by JENNIFER ZEIGELMEYER had better think twice!!!!!!!! MY Wedding was 2 weeks ago and I hired her to do my hair.......... SHE WAS OVER 2 HOURS LATE.................... Anyone using her FIND SOMEONE ELSE....... YOu don't want this to happen to you........ COMPELETELY UNRELIABLE

PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD...

But this all happened at 6:30 am and it was the only thing that went wrong....... The wedding was breathtaking....... My makeup came out amazing and my hair was actually beautiful BUT you don't want to start your day with that.......

I agree about her unprofessionalism.... She over slept and when she finally got to my mom's house she didn't even apologize, just excuses about her children being sick n she was up all night. I honestly feel that she would have no showed EXCEPT my makeup lady Joanne who was amazing was her partner at there shop and she kept calling her. BUt otherwise she probably would have no showed...... My day was wonderful with that one and only snag..

I'm so sorry you had to deal with that. She is extreamly an unprofessional person, with no regard for her clients.

Sorry to hear this. Actually you and I are using (used) the same photographer and last week when I did my e-pics he was telling me about this.

I am glad that your day turned out great aside from the hair.

I think that's every bride's nightmare (one of the vendors not showing) Honestly, I knew she was a no show for Fallbride05 so I didn't even consider her -that's why these boards are SO GREAT - I'm glad you had a good day anyway!

As a wedding photographer myself I thought I had seen and heard it all but this one is right up there.

FallBride2005 is my daughter and Jennifer did not show up to her wedding nor did she call until well after.

When the newlyweds were on vacation I had the pleasure of speaking with Jennifer about her unprofessionalism. She felt she was the victim and we were unsympathic to her.

Girls...read these boards and listen to what the other brides are telling you about their experiences and always ask about a vendor for feedback.

Recommendation is so important in this biz!

I also just want to say for future brides... always ask your hired vendors if they have a back up plan for those 'just in case emergencies' Things do happen, and our vendors are regular people just like us.

What this vendor did is absolutely inexcusable in this instance and in other instances in the past. But again, it's always a good idea to find out what their back up plan is.

After hearing quite a few stories from before and after my wedding of girls she's showed up late for, I wish I hadn't been so 'nice' in my review on the Bride's Review Board.
