all DIY brides....

does it make sense to make the invites ourselves, which would save us about $500, OR should we just say screw it and order them? i saw reallly nice invites in Jean M and they are, i think $94 for 100 invites. we would only need about 30 more, but still.....thoughts?

My personal opinion is to just order them.. there are a lot of other things that you can make- like STDs, programs, etc. You can save a lot of money doing that-- but, remember the invite is the first thing people will see for your wedding- it should set the tone for your party.

Why don't you make a couple of samples and see how you like them-- if you are not pleased, order them.
