ALL-INCLUSIVE????

Are there any other all-inclusive honeymoon spots besides Sandals??

I just don't want to worry about money after we get there!

Re: ALL-INCLUSIVE????

Of course..we just got back from our honeymoon and it was GREAT..we went to Moon Palace on the Mayan riviera in Mexcio!! An amazing place, we just got back on wednesday..and we had a wondreful time..the resort alone has ten restaurants, plus there are other palace resorts that your all inclusive is good at, you can take a shuttle and eat and drink at those palaces as well...the only cost we had was the tours we did, we went parasailing, went on a boat cruise to an island for mexican fair, went on a jungle tour, lots of things, Playa del carmen was 30 minutes away so we rented a car and went there for a few days...its an amazing place..I highly recoommend Moon palace..we had a jacuzzi in our room, the resort is so big you have to take golf carst to get around, the pool goes for MILES..its incredible, defintaley worth checking out!!

Re: ALL-INCLUSIVE????

there are many all-inclusive resorts in Mexico. especially in Riveria Maya. My sister went to
Royal Hideaway, which is owned by the same
people as Allegro resorts. I think the company
name is Occidental Hotels and they have some in Dominican Republic and Costa Rica.
We are thinking about going to either El Dorado Royale or Aventura Spa Palace. I've hear excellent things about both and they are both located in Riveria Maya. FH has been dying to go to Mexico because when I went with my mother this past summer (we stayed at the Allegro Resort by the way and it was wonderful) he was in Iraq so he wants to go see what it's all about. Most of these are five star hotels and you can get a very good package for about $4000 or maybe a little less. My sister got 10 days. 8 in Riveria Maya and 2 days in one of the Palace resorts in Cancun and hers came out to about $4000.
Sorry it's so long but just wanted to give you an idea.

Thanks...this is really helpful! Sandals just seems to be the most expensive.
